Please follow the steps given below.
IF the client is not installed, then -
1. Install client WITHOUT OFA. That is, say NO to the OFA prompt during installation.
2. Copy the corresponding driver to “\program files\remote backup”, or application folder.
3. Run OFAInstall.cmd first and then OFAStart.cmd from the application folder. This will install and start the driver.
5. Check status of OFA.
IF the client is already installed –
Replace the driver in the system32\drivers folder with the corresponding driver, and reboot the system. After reboot, check the status of OFA.
IMPORTANT : The attached driver file is for Windows Server 2008 (32 and 64 bit in seperate folders). Please use it on the respective operating system. Also the files are meant for v11.1.6 client. Do not use it with other versions of RBS client.
